- Signing of the Reservation Contract (RC) - a reservation fee payable upon the signature of the reservation contract: 100.000,- CZK
- Signing of Future Purchase Contract (FPC) - payable within 60 days upon the signature of the RC - within 10 working days from the FPC signing: 15% of the purchase price
- Final payment of 85% - remaining payment of the purchase price within 14 days upon the date of declaration of the owner to the land registry
- Purchase Agreement Signature (PAS)- within 14 days from the complete payment of the purchasing price
